"Pilates Studio eleven", popular Pilates studio endorsed by many athletes and models in Shirokanedai, Tokyo, opens in Shichirigahama! It is a personal training studio with Pilates reformer machines, offering lessons from small group up to 4 people to personal lessons. Pilates, which mainly practices stretching and strengthening body's core, will not only shape one's body but also have a positive impact on golf performances and prevent back and knee injuries. Pilates is a significantly recommended exercise for all golfers no matter experts or beginners.
